Wed Sept 30,Bar Harbor Maine

We separated from or new friends Barry and Gail because their" destination -Bangor Maine"
(Roger Miller)and ours was Bar Harbor via the coastal route.

We stopped here for lunch,nice view.


Crossed the border without any problems.
The main concern with the border guard was "How much does this motor home sell for?
He had a quick look through the cupboards and the fridge.
This year they did not steal anything for their potato salad.Hurray!
Twas a dumb crossing with only one lane in and it was a long line.

Nice view while we waited.

Then it was on to Bar Harbor,what a great place.Beautiful scenery with great shopping and spectacular views.
