We promise ourselves to get an earlier start today than yesterday.
That was a waist of time:We packed up camp at 11:21.That's 5 minutes later than the day before.

There were more churches & strange houses.

There were more churches & strange houses. Then there was a slight tug to the left so I decided to pull over.
Apparently I blew a tire on the jeep.Tire, fender, wheel & valence.Probably about the same cost as our $1,000 deductible.Whoopee!
So this Frenchman comes out of his house & offers to help change the tire.He does not speak one word of English, but he understands a little. He gets his Hydraulic scissor jack & tools & we change the tire. His wife & someone else came out to the road but no one spoke English. After we are done I offered him some money as he looked like he could use it but he refused.Just smiled & shook my hand.
There are still some nice folks left in this country.
Merci mes amais(not sure of spelling)

So we took the money our new friend did not want & went to lunch.
It was a beautiful spot on the ocean with a great view.
I had garlic shrimp.
Peg had crab stuffed tilapiaOf course wine & beer were involved.
Actually we spent more than I was going to give him.Oh dear!

We arrive in Cap Chat QC
& check in to the campground.
As you can see it is very busy & we have to fight for a spot.
After jamming ourselves into the crowd we head for the beach.

Peggy does love the ocean.
So does Sonny. He wore himself out chasing birds again.

Well almost English, they speak Floridian.Their names are Jackie & Larry& it was great to sit & enjoy happy hour with our new found friends. We also received an invite to visit them in Florida. They live right across the bay from Mike C's new Condo.
They will regret inviting us as we will show up.
